Starting in Hobart on Saturday 18 March 2006 and finishing back in Hobart 10 days later on Monday 27 March, this 1260 km training ride over ten days takes the serious cyclist along Tasmania's spectacular yet challenging coastlines. Combining both the East Coast and West Coast tours with an additional day of rest and an easy roll during the day in Launceston.

Stage 1 Hobart/Swansea (135 km)
Stage 2 Swansea/St Helens (119 km)
Stage 3 St Helens/Launceston (163 km)
Stage 4 Rest day in Launceston (optional recovery ride of 50 km)
Stage 5 Launceston/Sheffield (130 km)
Stage 6 Sheffield/Tullah (118 km)
Stage 7 Tullah/Queenstown, rest and recovery in Strahan (152 km)
Stage 8 Queenstown/Derwent Bridge (100 km)
Stage 9 Derwent Bridge/Hobart (170 km)
Stage 10 Loop round D'Entrecasteaux Channel, finish with Mt Wellington (95 km)
