Program Overview

There's something about road cycling. The thrill of the inevitable pain, the sight of the scenery changing quickly before your eyes, the rush of wind as you fly along the bitumen, the feeling of anticipation of the final sprint or perhaps the coffee at the cafe your heading for. Whether it's one or all of these things, you're not alone. Road cycling is a phenomen that's taking the world by storm. What's best is that it's for everyone - from the most unfit businessman who's stuck behind a desk all day, to the most unlikely of professionals you visit throughout the course of your life that you'd never dream you'd see wearing lycra on the weekends.

Our epic training tours are designed for the more serious cyclists, or those who want to get well out of their comfort zone. All our tours are capped to keep numbers down, past participants agree you'll get more out of riding in a small group, than getting lost in a huge bunch of strangers.

We've spent the past 6 years perfecting the formula here in Tasmania, and now we're taking it further beyond the island state to other equally exotic locations. You'll see, you don't need to travel to Europe for an amazing cycling holiday. We have loads of awesome destinations right in your own backyard waiting for you to explore and over the next few years we'll be revealing more trips and listening to you as we do it.

If you're new to joining a guided tour, this is a great way to try it out without an international airfare or visa! Our food and wine is superb, the landscapes are diverse, the people are fantastic, in fact, it's pretty hard to have a bad time!

Tasmania 10 day Epic tour
Starting in Hobart, then heading west to Strahan, and finishing back in Hobart 10 days later via the east coast, this 1230 km training ride over ten days takes the serious cyclist along Tasmania's spectacular yet challenging coastlines. This is our regular Tasmania Epic trip - but this time it's backwards! In other words, we're going clockwise for a change to shake it up a bit. Ride up the downhills, and down those challenging uphills. It all looks so different the other way round!

Prices: $2,990 per person twin share, $680 single supplement

Adelaide to Melbourne 10 day Epic
Starting in Adelaide, then heading into wine country along the Tour Down Under route to McLaren Vale. Once we hit the coast, we'll ride the Great Ocean Road to Melbourne, this 1153km trip is great for a week away from the office. Day ten has us join Around the Bay in a Day from Sorrento to Melbourne, what a great finish!

New Zealand South Island 14 day Epic
Start in Bluff, then head through the mountains to Wanaka and north to the skirt along the west coast to Westport. Inland to St Arnaud then up to Picton for the finale along the Queen Charlotte Sound. What a fabulous way to both see the stunning south island of New Zealand and have yourself a well and truly challenging epic adventure.
